that accounting was the career I wanted to pursue.

Growing up on my family’s dairy farm, I gained firsthand experience in the value of hard work, perseverance, and the unique challenges that come with running a small
business. That experience shaped my understanding of the struggles and triumphs
business owners face daily.

Over the years, I’ve owned and managed my own businesses, which means I’ve lived the challenges you face: making payroll, managing inventory, leading a team, and balancing priorities.
